THE GUIDED TOUR

From customer setup
to payment.

These screenshots show the demonstration workspace. Your business records stay in your own signed-in workspace.

1. Add a customer and pool

Open Customers, choose Add customer, and enter contact details, the service address, pool volume, service day and monthly service price. Save access instructions so your technician has them at the stop.

Customer texts go to the office

Incoming texts appear in the shared administrator inbox. Owners, managers and office administrators can read and reply from the business number. Technicians do not receive the shared inbox. Texting becomes available after your provider registration is approved.
